The German Township Trustee has been notified of this Annexation. SECTION M. MUNICIPAL SERVICES A. Public Works Sewer - An 8" sanitary sewer is available along the frontage of the Annexation Area. The continued development of the surrounding area for industrial uses include plans for upgrading the sewer service. No additional public expenditures will be needed to extend existing sewer main facilities for this particular annexation. Water - A 12" water main is located adjacent to the Annexation Area on the south side of Brick Road, and has sufficient capacity to service the Annexation Area. No additional public expenditures will be needed to extend existing water main facilities. Extensions of, or taps into sanitary sewer and water lines shall be governed by I.C. 36- 9 -22 -2, I.C. 8 -1.5 -3 and 4, and the rules and regulations of the South Bend Water Works and Sewer Utility. Street Lighting - No new street lighting will be needed. Waivers of Annexation - Waivers of annexation are not required for the Annexation Area. Streets — No new streets are contemplated at this time for the Annexation Area. The Brick Road right -of -way was annexed through an earlier annexation. Drainage Plan — Runoff from this property is accommodated in the roadside drainage system.
