Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form and supporting information. The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner, Mack Tool & Engineering, Inc., proposes to purchase manufacturing equipment to add additional production capacity. The total cost is estimated to be $1,000,000. Mack Tool & Engineering meets the qualifications for a five (5) year tax abatement. A representative of Mack Tool & Engineering will be available to meet with the Committee on Monday, July 12, 2004.
