Floor Council Chambers <br />400 County -City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Ms. White, <br />The attached resolution for your consideration will allow the City of South <br />Bend to submit, an application for Section 108 loan funds to the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development to finance the Studebaker- Oliver <br />Redevelopment project. This proposed funding was part of the Housing and <br />Community Development Action Plan 2005 allocations. This Plan lists the <br />projects and amounts for 2005. <br />The proposed funding of $21,000,000 was appropriated November 8, <br />2005.
