Also attached is a <br />copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form and supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner plans to build a <br />new 10,000 square foot addition to their current facility located at 2820 Viridian Drive. The total cost for <br />the building addition is estimated at $350,000.
