Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form and supporting information. The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner plans to build a new 10,000 square foot addition to their current facility located at 2820 Viridian Drive. The total cost for the building addition is estimated at $350,000. The petitioner meets the qualifications for a 5 year real property abatement and a representative of the petitioner will be available to meet with the Committee on Monday, September 27, 2004.
