Code enforcement, a service not currently available in the Annexation Area, will be made available upon annexation. The Department of Code Enforcement will be able to provide services to the Annexation Area with comparable response times, with no additional increase in manpower or equipment. The Department will respond to calls for service upon the effective date of the Annexation. It is anticipated that the services of this Department will be minimally required to service the Annexation Area in the first five years.
