The Commission hereby finds and determines that it will be of public <br /> utility and benefit to proceed with the Economic Development Plan, including the Plan <br /> Amendment, in the form approved by the Commission in the Declaratory Resolution. <br /> 4. The Declaratory Resolution and the Plan Amendment are hereby modified <br /> to provide that: <br /> (i) the total acreage of the Airport Area set forth on page E-19 in <br /> 4 <br /> st' Exhibit E to the Declaratory Resolution shall be 9,432 acres more <br /> Ior less; and <br /> (ii) the Airport Area hereafter shall be renamed and known as the <br /> River West Development Area and the Airport Economic <br /> Development Area Allocation Area No. 1 hereafter shall be <br /> a renamed and known as the River West Development Area <br /> r Allocation Area No. 1. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> 5. The Declaratory Resolution and the Plan Amendment, as modified herein, <br /> are hereby confirmed. <br /> 6. This Resolution constitutes final action, pursuant to Indiana <br /> Code 36-7-14-17(d), by the Commission determining the public utility and benefit of, and <br /> 1 modifying and confirming as set forth herein, the Declaratory Resolution and the Economic <br /> Development Plan, including the Plan Amendment, pertaining to the River West Development <br /> 1 Area, including the Expansion Area. <br /> y <br /> 1 <br /> 7.
