Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of <br />Benefits form and supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />build twenty -four (24) single family house at a total project cost of $3,240,000. The project meets the <br />qualifications for five (5) year real property tax abatement.
