Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of <br />Benefits form, and supporting information. The total project also calls for the acquisition of <br />equipment. A separate petition is being submitted to the Council for that equipment. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner, Mike <br />Morris, proposes to rehabilitate an existing 25,423 sq. ft. building. The total cost is estimated to be <br />$1,000,000.
