This lot has two <br /> buildings, with addresses of 6101 and 6001 Nimtz. The subdivision will allow 6101 Nimtz <br /> to be sold to a locally owned company that currently has two out of the area regional offices, <br /> and wishes to consolidate these offices to form a national office in South Bend. <br /> Per the Covenants for the Park, paragraph 3.1 states no lot shall be subdivided, unless <br /> approved by the Commission (paragraph 3.5). <br /> Further, paragraph 4.8 states no lot shall be less than 2 acres except where designated, of <br /> which lot 4A is not a part, though the abutting lot is designated 1 acre. <br /> Blackthorn members responding to an email inquiry were in favor of allowing the <br /> subdivision. <br /> Staff requests Commission approval of allowing lot 4A to be subdivided, and allowing the <br /> resulting two lots to be at least one acre in size. <br /> 227 W.JEFFERSON BLVD.
