At the time, it was contemplated that soil and ground
water sampling may be needed in the future.
Currently, LBP is being remediated and quotes have been received to
remove waste barrels discovered in the building. Staff is requesting an
additional $475,000 to fund removal of the waste barrels, award change
orders for the LBP contract, award change orders to Weavers Boos for
work exceeding original scope, and remove PCB contaminated concrete
located in a transformer pit within the building.
227 W.
