At that time it was acknowledged the entire Cove block was in need of <br /> being replatted and rezoned. <br /> The attached two maps show property ownership and zoning classifications. The block <br /> contains three zoning classifications - Central Business District, General Business, and <br /> Mixed Use. There is also multiple ownership, but is primarily owned by the Commission and <br /> Parks. <br /> Having the block replatted so developable parcels are identified, and rezoned into a <br /> compatible classification, will aid with future development opportunities. <br /> The JPR proposal is in the amount of $9,900 plus costs for postage and fees (estimated to <br /> be $845).
