The APC Resolution approved of action taken by <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the 'Redevelopment Commission ") on August 28, 2014, to <br />adopt declaratory resolutions for the purpose of <br />(i) amending the boundaries of the South Side Development Area to include the <br />former Scottsdale Community Center in the South Side Development Area, adding the Scottsdale <br />Community Center to the acquisition list for the South Side Development Area, and approving an <br />amendment to the South Side Development Area Plan for the South Side Development Area; <br />(ii) amending the boundaries of the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area to <br />include the certain territory from the South Bend Central Development Area in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area, expanding the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area, and <br />transferring certain properties that previously were included on the Central Development Area acquisition <br />list to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area acquisition list, and approving an amendment to the <br />Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Plan for the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area; and <br />(iii) amending the boundaries of the Airport Economic Development Area by adding <br />the remaining portion of the South Bend Central Development Area and certain territory of the West <br />Washington- Chapin Development Area into the Airport Economic Development Area, expanding the <br />existing Airport Economic Development Area, removing certain territory from the Airport Economic <br />Development Area, terminating the allocation provisions relating to the Downtown Medical <br />District, transferring certain parcels that were previously included on the Central Develop ment ment Area <br />acquisition list and the West Washington- Chapin Development Area to the Airport Economic Development <br />Area acquisition list, adding certain new parcels to the Airport Economic Development Area acquisition <br />list, and approving an amendment to the Airport Economic Development Area Plan. <br />PLANNING NEIGHBORHOOD ENGAGEMENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ECONOMIC RESOURCES n <br />JITIN KAIN PAMELA C.
