South Bend Fire Department 2014 Strategic Plan The following is the result of our committee member's discussion: South Bend Fire Department Mission Statement Vision Statement " It is the shared vision of the South Bend Fire Dept. to create an environment of operational excellence. This will be achieved through innovative training and participative decision making throughout the organization. We will foster a reputation of setting standards ofprofessionalism guided by principles of trust, integrity, honesty, loyalty and respect for all; Being accountable to each other and those we serve. This vision will guide us as we strive to provide exceptional service and education to our customers."
