ORDINANCE NO. 3 7310 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND MAKIM A PART OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA CERTAIN REAL ESTATE IN SECTION (9), TOWNSHIP (37) NORTH, RAAIGE (2) EAST, IN ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY The Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: 1. The following described real estate be annexed to and made a part of said city, to -wit: All that land, not already included within the limits of the City of South Bend, and located in the West half (W) of the Northwest quarter (NW W') of Section numbered Nine (9), in Township numbered Thirty -seven (37) North, Range numbered Two (2) East, containing eighty (80) acres more or less, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor.
