HICKEY, INC., <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. _ <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indians <br />Section 10 That the following contracts made and entered into on the <br />5th day of December,. 19493 by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by <br />and through.its Board of fUlic Works and Safety, and <br />Deeds Equipment Company of Rochester, Indian, for one <br />(1) °SIs Case Industrial Tractor for the amount of $4,060*00; <br />Stockberger- Seastrom Company of Fort Wayne, Indian, for <br />one (1) Minneapolis Moline Model.D*TI.Industrial Tractor <br />for the sum of $6,368900# <br />Miller Steel & Supply Company of Elkhart, Indiana, for a <br />40 by 200 feet Steel Arch Rib all metal building and two <br />package (42 —A) Endwall Windows, and one package (4 each) <br />Sidewall Windows, two Endwall Walk Doore, One Curve Wall <br />Walk Door; One package (3 each) 20e Roof Vents for the <br />total amount of $90975*00; and <br />Thomas L.
