ORDINANCE NO. to �+ ) AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1951 FOR THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1. That there be and hereby is levied the following amounts for the year 1951 on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of assessed valuation of property in the City of South Bends Indiana$ as fixed by the officers of St. Joseph County and State of Indiana, for the object named: Totals h6 .214 •03' 1 silk a,�,Jt i•s{8P SECTION 2. That there shall be levied a Poll Tax of Fifty (50¢) cents on every male inhabitant of said City„ sane and not a pauperp of the age of twenty -one years and not over the age of fifty years. SECTION 3.
