ORDINANCE N0,kZZ511 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TIC SUM OF <br />$498.50 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE <br />CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEAD, INDIANA, TO <br />ACCOUNT NO. V -251 REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS <br />AND STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; <br />Section 1. That the sum of X498.50 be, and the same is hereby <br />appropriated from the General Fund of Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following <br />budgetary item in the budget of the Electrical Department of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 19505 to -:fit: <br />Account No. V -251 Repairs to Buildings and Structures 498.50 <br />Section 2. That the sum of money, enumerated in Section 1 of this <br />Ordinance is required for the proper and efficient operation and func.- <br />tion of the aforementioned department of the Government of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, and an extraordinary emergency is declared to <br />exist foncerning the foregoing appropriation. <br />Section 3.
