That the sum of Eleven Thousand pil,000.00) <br />Dollars be, and the sane hereby is appropriated from the General <br />Street and Traffic Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana,' <br />to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following <br />budgetary item to the Department and in the amount set forth <br />below, in this Section, in the budget for the year 1951, to -wit: <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: <br />S -226, Rental of Equipment <br />*11,000.00 <br />Section 4. That the sums of monies, enumerated in <br />Sections 2 and 3 of this Ordinance, are required and necessary <br />for the proper and efficient operation and function of the <br />aforementioned Departments of the Government of the Civil City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, and an extraordinary emergency is hereby <br />declared to exist concerning the foregoing appropriations. <br />Section 5.
