ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS MADE AND <br />ENTERED INTO ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF PUB- <br />LIC WORKS AND SAFETY, AND S -L -A -B CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY, INCORPORATED, $3,190.00; and SCHERMAN- <br />SCHAUS- FREEMAN, $2,035.12. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana; <br />Section 1.
