ORDINANCE 710. - t — <br />AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING TWO AGREEMENTS <br />ENTERED INTO ON THE 26TH DAY OF OCTOBERS 1950} BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOTS <br />NUMBERED 118 AND 119 IN NORTHWEST SECOND ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR THE SUM OF $50-000,004 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section 1• That the agreements made and entered into on <br />the 26th day of October, 1950, by the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, and Arthur <br />P. Holton, Walter H. Holton, Isabel Holton, Harry H. Ansley and <br />Eva Florence Ansley, and Frederick Gs Medd and Pearls E. Medd, <br />for the purchase by the Cit of South Bend, Indiana, for the sum <br />of Five Thousand ($5,000oO07 Dollars of the following described <br />real estate situate in St. Joseph County,, Indiana: <br />Lots Numbered One Hundred Eighteen <br />(118) and One Hundred Nineteen (119) <br />in Northwest Second Addition to the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />be, and the same hereby are in all things confirmed, ratified and <br />approved* <br />Section 2.
