Section 3. That the sum of Four Thousand Nine Hundred <br />Dollars (34,900.00) be, and the same hereby is appropriated from <br />the General Street and Traffic Fund of the Municipal Civil City <br />of South Fend, Indiana, to, and is appropriated for the uses and <br />purposes of the following budgetary items to the Department and <br />in the amounts set forth below, in this Section, in the budget for <br />the year 1950, to- wit: <br />STREET DEPARTIJi,?T: <br />S -131 Extra and overtime $ 1,500,00 <br />S -2211 Electric Current 200.GO <br />S -2261 Rental of Equipment 32000.00 <br />S -2621 Medical and Surgical ,Service 200.00 <br />Section 4. That the sum of monies, enumerated in Sections <br />2 and 3 of this Ordinance, are required and necessary for the <br />proper and efficient operation and fun('tionodf'_.the aforementioned <br />offices and Departments of the Government of the Municipal Civil <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, and an extraordinary emergency is <br />hereby declared to exist concerning the foregoing appropriations. <br />Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force, and <br />effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its <br />approval by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory <br />requirements relating to extraordinary emergency appropriations. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />
