Is(l 2nd REAMNG j C(iWTTEE OF THE 1�} PUNUC NEARING 3rd REACRIB 1'11T A *PAOYkq RfiFOU ORDINANCE NO. tjd AN ORDINANCE REDUCING A CERTAIN ITEM IN THE 1951 SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY BUDGET, AND APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF SAID CITY THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY- FIVE ($525.00) DOLLARS, TO A CERTAIN OTHER BUDGETARY ITEM OF THE 1951 BUDGET OF SAID CITY, AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That the following item in Municipal Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, indicated in this Section, be, and the same in the amount herein below stated, to -wit: OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY: G -132, Abstracting the 1951 budget of the in the Office hereby is, reduced $525.00 Section 2. That the sum of Five Hundred Twenty -five ($525.00 Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated from the General Fund of the Municipal Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, to, and Is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following budgetary item in the amount and to the Office set forth below, in this Section, in the budget for the year 1951, to -wit: OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY: G -11, Salary of Clerk X1525.00 Section 3. That the sum of money, enumerated in Section 2 of this Ordinance, is required and necessary for the proper and efficient operation and function of the aforementioned Office of the Government of the Municipal Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and an extraordinary emergency is hereby declared to exist con- cerning the foregoing appropriation. Section 4.
