CZ.il2� <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING GENERAL ORDINANCE 3709 <br />BEING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 26 OF <br />CHAPTER 30 THEREOF EXTENDING THE JURISDICTION <br />AND AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS <br />OF SAID CITY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of Ahe City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1: The Board of Park Commissioners of the City of <br />South Bend,Indiana is hereby authorized and empowered to take over and <br />control and do the planting and trimming of all shade.trees and the <br />planting, maintenance and establishment of all lawns :izi centers in r ,. <br />all public highways in the Park District of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall constitute Section 26 of <br />Chapter 30 of General Ordinance NO-3709 being the Vnnn&bipal Code of the <br />City of South Bend,Indiana of 1949. <br />SECS This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Me4iber of Common Council <br />I'? & 2nd.
