ORDINANCE ITO. � AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER FEES AND FUNDS TO THE BOA-RD OF PUBLIC WORKS AidD SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INiIANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF THE ACTS OF TIE GERTER. L ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA OF 1945, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 303 OF TIE ACTS OF T:S GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1951. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,Indiana: Section 1. All parking meter fees and funds are hereby appropriated to the Board of Public Works and Safety of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, for the follocri.ng uses and purposes: 1. For the payment of maintenance, operation, costs and repair and all incidental expenses in the operation of mechanical parking devices as follows: Services - Personal - - - - - - - - - $20,000.00 Telephone - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 100.00 Insurance - - - - - - - - - - - - -- 125.00 Travel - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 300.00 Medical - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 50.00 Locks - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2,000.00 Repair parts - - - - - - - - - - - - - 1,000.00 Bank Service Chmrge - - - - - - - - - 100.00 General Supplies - - - - - - - - - - 500.00 Total - - - - $24,175.00 2. For the payment of the cost of traffic signal devices and for the payment of repair and improvement of any of the public streets and highways where said mechanical parking devices are in use and all streets connected therewith as follows: Street and traffic fund - - - - - - - $70,000.00 Section 2.
