<br /> The following annual report (the "Annual Report") for the City of South Bend, Indiana
<br /> Certified Technology Park(Campus Site and Sample Street Site) (the "Park") is being submitted
<br /> to the Indiana Department of Revenue pursuant to Indiana Code Section 36-7-32-20, The
<br /> Campus Site for the Park contains the technology park commonly known as Innovation Park at
<br /> Notre Dame ("IP @ND"), which includes the IP @ND building facility. The Campus Site also
<br /> includes Raclin-Carmichael Hall (which houses the Indiana University School of Medicine—
<br /> South Bend) and Harper Hall (which houses expanded medical and cancer research initiatives at
<br /> the Indiana University School of Medicine and the University of Notre Dame), as well as an
<br /> office building(the"Office Building") located in the Eddy Street Commons development("Eddy
<br /> Street Commons") situated between the IP @ND facility and the above-mentioned medical
<br /> facilities. The Sample Street Site is commonly known as Ignition Park,
