That Section 109 of Ordinance UTO.3208, as amended, <br />being the municipal plumbing code of the City of South Bend,lndiam, <br />which section reads as follows: <br />Section 109: <br />('Separate water closets shall be provided for <br />male and female persons in all places within <br />the City of South Bend wherein food and drink, <br />or either or both, are served to the public <br />generally.11 <br />be amended to read as follows: <br />Section 109: <br />"In all places of employment where more than six <br />men and women are employed, separate and sufficient <br />toilet facilities shall be provided for males and <br />females.n <br />SECTION 2.
