ORDINANCE NO. , . ?J 156' <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM <br />POLICE DEPARTME!T P -11 SALARIES $3500.00 <br />TO P -724 MOTOR EQUIPM1,11T; FROM PUBLIC <br />HEALTH CLINIC U -342 LAUNDRY AND CLEAi4ING <br />$125.00 TO U -38 GENERAL SUPP=S $125.00 <br />AND FROM U -313 ICEDICAL $185.00 TO U -12 <br />TEMPORARY HELP $185.00; ALL OF THE BUDGET <br />OF 1953 OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA. <br />IBE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />(SECTION I. The sum of $3500.00 is hereby transferred from Police Departmen <br />P -11 Salaries to P -724 Motor Equipment; and the sum of $125.00 is hereby trans- <br />ferred from Public Health Clinic U -342 Laundry and Cleaning to U -38 General <br />Supplies; and the sum of $185.00 from U -343 Medical to U -12 Temporary Help; <br />all of the budget for the year 1953 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper opere.tion and <br />functioning of the aforementioned Departments under the budget for the year 195 <br />and an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers and appropriatio <br />SECTION III.
