ORDINA14CE NO. _�,l�11L" <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS <br />FROM POLICE DEPARTDTNT P -11 <br />SALARIES $5000.00 TO P -334, OTHER <br />GARAGE AND MOTOR SUPPLIES; AND <br />FROM POLICE DEPARTMENT P -11 <br />SALARIES $1000.00 TO P -261 <br />MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE. <br />BE IT ORDAIIvED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $5000.00 is hereby transferred from Police Department <br />P -11 Salaries to P -334 Other Garage and Motor Supplies; and the sum of $1000.0 <br />is hereby transferred from Police Department P -11 Salaries to P -261 Mechanical <br />Assistancet all of the budget for the year 1953 of the Civil City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper operation and functio <br />ing of the aforementioned Departments under the budget for the year 1953 and <br />an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers and appropriations <br />SECTION III.
