ORDINANCE NO. 3912 (AS AMENEED) AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER FEES AND FUNDS TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPC6 ES SET FORTH THEREIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSE1,1BLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA OF 1945, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 303 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSUMLY OF 1951. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. All parking meter fees and funds are hereby appropriated to the Board of Public Works and Safety of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for the following uses and purposes: 1.
