I Q <br />h <br />ORDINANCE 1710.& 9G/ <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM TUBER- <br />CULOSIS CLINIC, X- 261, $593.05 TO W- 344, BOARD <br />OF HEALTH; FROM FIRE DEPARTMENT, X11, SALARIES, <br />$500, to gA341 -B, CLOTHING; FROM POLICE DEPART- <br />MENT, P -11, SALARIES, $1500 TO P -341, CLOTHING <br />AND HOUSEHOLD, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR <br />1952 OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana; <br />SECTION 1. The following monies be, and the same hereby are, trans- <br />ferred from Tuberculosis Clinic, X -261, $593.05, to and are appropriated <br />for W -344, Board of Health. <br />SECTION 2. The sum of $500 is hereby transferred from Fire Depart- <br />ment, Q -11, salaries, to, and are appropriated for, Q- 341 -B, Clothing. <br />SECTION 3. The sum of $1500 is hereby transferred from Police De- <br />partment, P -11, salaries,,,to, and appropriated for, P -341, Clothing and <br />Household. <br />SECTION 4. The above funds are required for the proper operation <br />and functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for <br />the year 1952 and an emergency is declared to exist concerning the fore- <br />going transfers and appropriations. <br />SECTION 5.
