10 <br />ORDINANCE NO . <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM <br />TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT, TL-11, SALARY, TO <br />T-38, GENERAL SUPPLIES, $200, ALL OF THE <br />BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1952, OF TAE CIVIL <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South <br />Bend,Indiana; <br />SECTION 1. The sum of $200 is hereby transferred from Traffic <br />Department, T-11, Salaries, to, and appropriated for, General <br />Supplies, T-38. <br />SECTION 2. The above fund is required for the proper operation <br />and functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget <br />for the year 1952 and an emergency is declared to exist concerning <br />the foregoing transfer and appropriation. <br />SECTION 3.
