<br />FROM V -11, ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT, SERVICES PERSONAL,
<br />$1,394.14 AND FROM V -216, TRAVELING EXPENSES, $118.11
<br />TO V -724 MOTOR EQUIPMENT $1,512.25, AND FROM Q-11, FIRE
<br />DEPARTMENT, SERVICES PERSONAL, $4,000 TO q -251, REPAIRS
<br />OF BUILDINGS AIM STRUCTURES, $4,000, AND FROM 1-261,
<br />'i'RAFFIC DEPARTMENT, OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES, $300
<br />TO T -252, REPAIRS OF EQ,UIPM+ TT, $300.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />THAT,
<br />SECTION 1. The following monies be, and the same hereby are, trans-
<br />ferred from P -11, Police Department, Services Personal, $5,200, to and
<br />are appropriated respectively for the following: $200, P -38, General
<br />Supplies and $5,000, P -724, Motor Equipment.
<br />SECTION 2. T fo lowi g,,moni s b , and the same hereby are, trans-
<br />ferred from V- ll-,, e �i�e I�9soM $1,394.14 and from V -216, traveling
<br />expenses, $118.11, to and are appropriated for V -724, Motor Equipment,
<br />$1,512.25•,
<br />SECTION 3. The sum of $4,000 from (x-11, Fire Department, Services
<br />Personal, to and appropriated for Q- -251, repairs of buildings and
<br />structures, $4,000.
<br />SECTION 4. The sum of $300 from T-261, Traffic Department, Other
<br />Contractural Services, to and appropriated for T -252, Repairs of Equip-
<br />ment, $300.
<br />SECTION 5. The above funds are required for the proper operation and
<br />function of the aforementioned departments and an emergency is declared
<br />to exist concerning the foregoing transfers and appropriations.
<br />SECTION 6: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
<br />after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Moor and
<br />the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to emergency
<br />appropriations.
