ORDINANCE N0. AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM SEWER DEPART- MENT J-11, $2,000 and J-12, $5,000 TO SEWER DEPARTMENT J-13,47,000 AND FROM DOG POUND K-11, $440 FROM SALARY OF ASSISTANT POUND MASTER TO SALARY OF POUND MASTER IN THE POLISHED BUDGET FOR 1952 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. * m a * r BE IT OBTAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1. The sum of $2,000 from Sewer Department J -11 and the sum of $5,000 from Sewer Department J-12 are hereby transferred to and appropriated for Sewer Department J »13 (Extra and Overtime) and the sum of $400 is hereby transferred from Dog Pound K-11 salary of Assistant Pound Master to and appropriated for Dog Pound K-11 salary of Pound Master. SECTION 2. The above funds are required for the proper operation and function of the aforesaid mentioned departments and an emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing transfers and appropriate tions. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to emergency appropriations.
