ORDINANCE 1qO.LJePf,1 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana• SECTION 1: That the following items of personal property be appraised and sold by the Board of Water Works Commissioners for not less than the full appraised value thereof; SECTION 2: That the following items of personal property be appraised and sold by the Board of Public Works and Safety for not less than the full appraised value thereof; PRIME SCRAP STEEL Approximately 90 tons of prime scrap steel rails. "NEED - W-10" Approximately 10 tons of scrap junk iron and steel. SECTION 3: That the Judge of the St.Joseph Circuit Court be requested to appoint three (3) disinterested freeholders of the City of South Bend, Indiana to appraise said property hereinabove described. SECTION 4: That the said Board of Water Works Commissioners and the Board of Public Works and Safety, respectively, subject to such terms and condi- tions as said Boards shall determine, shall sell, and deliver said property to any purchaser or purchasers thereof upon the payment of the purchase price in full, but for not less than the full appraised value thereof.
