The following monies be, and the mme hereby are, <br />transferred from P -11, Police Department Salary Fund and _H-11 <br />Board of Public forks e•nd Safety Salary Fund, to and are appro- <br />priated respectively for the uses and purposes of the following <br />budgetary- item in the budget of the Cite of South Bend for the <br />year 1952, to -wit: To P -332, Police Department Gil, .$200.00 <br />and to Board of Public :forks end Safety rand for advertising <br />and publication of notices, $200.00. <br />SECTION 2. 'he above funds are required for the proper opera- <br />tion and function of the aforementioned department and an emergency <br />is declared to exist concerning the foregoing, transfer and appro- <br />priation. <br />SECTIC3 3.
