ORDINANCE N0.� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE <br />ESTIMATED P12KING ivMTrE t FUND FOR 1952 <br />Tim SUM OF $5,000.00 FOR TILE PURCHASE <br />OF PARKING METERS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. The sum of $5,000.00 is hereby appro- <br />priated from the estimated parking meter revenue of 1952 for <br />the purchase of new parking meters. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force <br />and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council <br />of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and its approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />
