Other <br /> (1) continued... <br /> assessed value may be allocated to the respective taxing units and other related <br /> matters. <br /> Mr. Zeeb noted that this is an annual resolution whereby the Commission notifies the <br /> County Auditor's Office and other taxing jurisdictions that the Commission will be <br /> collecting the 2015 increment in the listed Tax Increment Financing Areas. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. Schey, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3221 determining that the tax increment which may <br /> be collected in the year 2015 is needed to satisfy obligations of the Commission and that no <br /> excess assessed value may be allocated to the respective taxing units and other related <br /> ti <br /> matters. <br /> H. Ratification of Temporary Use Agreements <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission <br /> ratified the Temporary Use Agreement with Sweet Home Ministries for use of the former Fred's <br /> Transmission site at 501 W. Western for an outdoor worship service and community fellowship <br /> on July 27, 2014. <br /> 7. PROGRESS REPORTS `+ <br /> There were no Progress Reports <br /> 8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br /> The Next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., July 24, <br /> 2014. <br /> 9.
