3. Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which <br /> shall be deemed an original, but all of which, together, shall constitute one and the same <br /> instrument. Facsimile or electronic transmission of any signed original document, and the <br /> retransmission of any signed facsimile or electronic transmission, shall be the same as delivery <br /> of the original signed document. <br /> 4.
