Tract B is presently zoned "B" Residential and 'B" Height and Area. Petitioner <br />prays that Tract B be rezoned "C" Commercial and "E" Height and Area. <br />5. Tract C is bounded by a line running as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the North line of Ford Street 232.56 feet <br />West of the Northwest intersection of said line with the Westerly line <br />of Lombardy Drive; thence West along the North line of Ford Street 474 <br />feet; thence Northwesterly 118 feet to the Southeast corner of Tract B; <br />thence East 546 feet to the Southwest corner of Tract A; thence South- <br />westerly 139 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Tract C is presently zoned "C" Commercial and "E" Height and Area. Petitioner <br />prays that Tract C be rezoned to "B" Residential and "B" Height and Area. <br />6. Attached hereto and filed herewith is a map showing the areas described <br />in this petition and also the Pierre Navarre School. <br />7. Also, attached hereto and filed herewith is a proposed amendment of <br />the Zoning Ordinance, the adoption of which is sought by this petition. <br />WHEREFORE, petitioner prays: <br />1. That the Council refer this petition and the proposed amendment to <br />the Plan Commission for hearing and recommendations. <br />2.
