ORDINANCE NO. �O <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $470.00 <br />FROM B215A (TRANSPORTATION - BAILIFF) <br />TO Ell (SALARY. OF BAILIFF) AND $520.00 <br />FROM E215B (TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE <br />- PROBATION OFFICER) TO Ell (SALARY <br />OF PROBATION OFFICER) AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated and transferred the sum of $470.00 <br />from E215A Transportation Allowance Bailiff to Ell Salary of Bailiff and $520. <br />from E215B Transportation Allowance Prbbation Officer to Ell Salary of Pro- <br />bation Officer; all of the budget for the year 1954.of said City. <br />SECTION II: The above transfers and appropriations are declared necessary <br />for the proper and efficient functioning of said Departments of Government and <br />an extraordinary emergency in relationship thereto is hereby declared. <br />SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its adoption, approval by the Mayor and compliance with all statutory regula- <br />tions relating thereto. <br />& 2nd REAU319 j 'n2 e2 'e ` / <br />w ; i EE OF THE WHOLE Z/ Id <br />iLIC k�3fii6 %�— /e2. -cr /� <br />A- ?"AWED <br />NEWS <br />
