ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA." <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the Civil City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 3702 commonly known as "The <br />Zoning Ordinance of South Bend, Indiana" be amended by <br />adding the following: <br />SECTION 3. <br />(10) Non - profit hospitals, which do not care for or <br />treat insane or feeble minded patients, epilep- <br />tics, drug addicts, or alcoholic patients and <br />are not penal or correctional institutions, pro- <br />vided that: <br />a. The lot to be so used is at least 4 acres. <br />b. No part of any building shall be located <br />less than 50 feet from any bounding lot or <br />street line. <br />c. Off- street parking space is provided in <br />the ratio of one parking stall to each two <br />patient beds. <br />SECTION II.
