Ordinance Number ,3�GuC <br />AN ORDINANCE 1WENDING ORDINANCE <br />NUMBER 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance Number 3702, being a zoning ordi- <br />nance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same <br />hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the <br />following real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to wit: <br />Lots Numbered Fifty -seven (57) through <br />Seventy -six (76), inclusive, in the <br />Recorded Plat of Oak Park Second Addition, <br />an Addition to the City of South Bend,. <br />Indiana <br />be, and the same are hereby, changed to and zoned as "B" Resi- <br />dential District and "E" Height and Area District, <br />SECTION 2.
