ORDINANCE NO. 3956 <br />AN ORDINANCE Ai:y ;i%ING ORDI rNCE NO. 3702 <br />COtD30NLY RNO'';;N AS THE ZONING- ORDINANCE . <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of <br />June, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and <br />the same is hereby amended as follows, to -wit: <br />That the zoning of the following described real estate <br />situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and described as <br />follows, to-""it: <br />Commencing at the intersection of Bendix Drive and <br />Lincoln 'flay West; thence Northwesterly along Lincoln <br />Way West to a point 712 feet West of the center line <br />of Bendix Drive; thence North to the center line of <br />Elwood Avenue produced East; thence East to the West <br />line of Bendix Drive; thence South to the place of <br />beginning, containing 11.88 acres, more or less, <br />e changed from "A" Residential and "All Height and Area and <br />"C" Commercial and "D" Height and Area to "C" Commercial and <br />"E" Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
