THEREFORE, <br />Section l• BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, that the foregoing contract and agree- <br />ment, made and entered into on the 6th day of February, 1956, by the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public <br />Works and Safety, and Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., be and the <br />same is hereby in all things approved, ratified and confirmed, and <br />said Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., its successors andassigns, is <br />hereby granted the right, privilege and authority as in said contract <br />and agreement set forth, and in accordance with the terms, provisions <br />and contents thereof. <br />Section 2.
