Ordinance Number 3702, being a zoning ordinance ofthe City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the following real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: The property facing ItLshawaka Avenue on the north side of the street between 28th and 29th Streets, more specifically described . as follows: all of Lots Numbers 191, 192, 193, 191, 195 and 196, all in Berner Grove Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana be, and the same is hereby, changed to and zoned as "C" Commercial use district and nDrt height and area district.
