TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br />Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred: <br />BILL NO. <br />14 -76 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ACCEPTING THE <br />ADVISORY RECOMMENDATION OF THE BOARD OF <br />PUBLIC WORKS, RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND <br />APPROVING CERTAIN ACTIONS AND APPROVING THE <br />EXECUTION OF A PROJECT DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH AMERESCO, INC.
