implementation of its recommendations, Ameresco will have no control over such implementation <br />by the Client or any third party. Accordingly, Ameresco specifically and expressly disclaims all <br />responsibility for the use of or reliance upon such documents or memoranda by the Client or any <br />third party. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ameresco for any liability, loss, <br />cost, expense, or damage which may result from the use of the documents and /or memoranda <br />provided by Ameresco hereunder in the implementation of the energy savings recommendations <br />made by Ameresco without its continued involvement. <br />9.
