Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning <br />ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same <br />hereby is amended so that the zoning classification of the <br />following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, towit: <br />A tract of land 90 feet in length east and west <br />taken off of and from the entire east end of the <br />south one -half of Lot Numbered Sixteen (16) as <br />shown on the recorded plat of J. G. Bartlettts First <br />Addition to the City of South Bend; <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "C" Height and Area <br />District to 'IF" Height and Area District. <br />Section II.
