ORDINANCE NO. po�04 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />AS AMENDED WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY <br />CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of South Bend that Ordinance <br />No. 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the zoning ordin- <br />ance of the City of South Bend be amended as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following described real estate located in the City <br />of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, shall be rezoned as T'C" <br />use district and "F" height and area district: <br />Lot Numbered Three (3) as shown on the recorded plat <br />of Burroughs Sub - division of bank out lot of No. 115 of <br />the third plat of outlots to the town, now the City of South <br />Bend platted by the State Bank of Indiana, excepting there- <br />from a lot or parcel of land 176.4 feet north and south off <br />of the entire width of the north end thereof. <br />Section 2.
