AUC ORDINANCE 140. a AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 CCMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA." BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 3702 commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of South Bend, Indiana" be amended as follows: That the following described real estate recently annexed to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, be zoned "A" Residence District and "A" Height and Area District: Beginning at the point of intersection of the present City Limits line and the east boundary line of the N.E. Sec. 1 T.37 N.R. 2E. of the 2nd P.M.; thence north along said east boundary line to the intersection of the center line of that section of Angela Boulevard which lies in the above � Sec.; thence southwesterly along the center line of said Angela Boulevard to the west line of Notre Dame Avenue; thence south along said west line of Notre Dams Avenue to the present City Limits line; thence east to the point of begin- ning; said land being in Portage Township of St. Joseph County, the State of Indiana. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication.
